STEM Expo 2019 Check in time for participants
(Entry Setup and Dropoff):
- Friday, March 1st, 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm
- Saturday, March 2nd: 6:30 am - 8:00 am
When the entry is checked in on Friday evening (or Saturday morning), we will supply a participant locator with the project name, student/team name, and grade. If any of those things need to be changed, we can do it during check in.
Volunteers will be present to help find the assigned space and answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
All entrants will be contacted several days prior to the event with an email (to the address provided during registration) to provide the scheduled time of the entry review. This email will be sent out shortly after registration closes on the Monday before the event.
If the student has registered, they should have received an email from us with the details of their registration. Please review the information that submitted. If there is something that is incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us at judging@stemexpo.org.
